I think to get a reply on this , you'll need to describe the line more. It could be a vein or artery if it's raised up, it could be a scar line if you are circumcised. Please say more and maybe you'll get more help.
You should give more details by what you meant "line". Is it your veins? I have a veiny penis so there are many lines across mine!
