Unknown skin papules?

Hey long story short I’ve had these I’m not sure what their called on the shaft of my penis for a years now and never really got around to finding out what they were possibly. now I’m just curious as to what they might be and if removing them myself will be possible any help in that would be great

I’m not sure removing them on your own is a good idea. Don’t take risks with your penis- you won’t get another one. Go to your doctor or a sexual health clinic for advice and treatment.

Difficult to say what it might be without a photo (Nooooo!!!), but google 'fordyce spots' (safe for work) and see if that matches your symptom. If so I don't think they're harmful. If not, then as xsevenx says - off to the Drs...
