I had an ischemic heart attack 4 years ago and got 5 stents. Been feeling good after cardio rehab and keep fairly active. I got a watch that measures heart rate and get a warning when my heart rate is 45bpm.Its warned me twice recently very first thing in the morning. I'm on beta blockers and wonderingis this OK or am I in trouble?
Cant find any info anywhere so any advice would be very welcome
regards
Steve

Given your heart history, have you consulted a doctor?
I had a heart attack 20 years ago and my heart rate has been between 48 and 55 ever since. Apparently it's called Bradycardia if your rate is routinely below 60. I'm OK but I agree with the others that it would be wise to get it checked out.
