Hi guys so lately I've been having night terrors at 37, my partners says I'm litterally flipping round the bed making hurrendous noise and shouting etc. It. Doesn't end there now when awake I'm hallucinating seeing spider swarms coming out the wall, radiators etc plus dark figures xomin up through the floor and hands coming out of tv Also seeing people I know alive or dead in the room aswel as what i can only describe as monstrous creatures . On top of that hearing all kinds of sounds from music, ringing, alarms and people talking? This honestly not a joke 110% truth and very very worried and freaked out
Kindest Regards
Darren

You need to urgently contact your doctor before this gets worse.
Thanks bud I know but just scared what they'll say or do. Dont get me wrong i know they're not real which is 1 good thing I suppose, it's more of an annoyance and inconvenience like FFS especially when trying to sleep sometimes I dint get any with the sounds 😑
I do think that you seek help now. The worst case scenario is you may end up harming yourself or someone else. I’m not trying to frighten you. I’m just concerned.
Thank you for ur input m8y gr8ly received, I know I wont.hurt anyone.because I know it's just in my head if that makes, I'm just scared to take the next step
You are having major brain issue. I've had the same thing, but not quite that bad. You need to see a psychiatrist ASAP. They will be able to diagnose the brain problem and will treat it with medication.
Thank you bud I'm just terrified of what comes next tbh
That is freaky. It sounds like a b12 deficiency but a lot of b vitamin deficiencies also have a psychiatric effect. And also carbon monoxide poisoning. You could also have eaten something like ergot poisoning. Its definitely a case where you should remain very calm don't freak out and go to the doctor immediately. If you have been poisoned by something its really important that you go soon. And if it is something else they can do tests. But very important to see a doctor. And to be calm and try to ignore your hallucinations ...do not drive!! But be careful to be calm when' speaking to the doctors and nurses and be factual about your symptoms. If you go in there scratching at invisible spiders they might think you have psychiatric issue. And then you won't get tested for anything medical that could be wrong with you. It might be best to have a friend or your wife go with you to explain the situation. You need a blood test. Even some kinds kf alcohol can cause hallucinations if it is not brewed correctly. So don't be too worries and freak out but you must see a doctor as sokn as you can get to one. I once drank a home brewed wine and it made me hallucinate and was terrifying. Lots of simple poisons and conditions can cause this kind of thing but it will take a doctor and a blood test to find out what thing is causing it.
Thank you so much for your advice it's much appreciated!! I'm doing my best to stay calm as as soon as I get stressed l8ly my epilepsy gets worse havin more fits than ever recently so tryin my best not to get stressed and freak out. Have been trying to get help the past week but no joy yet as they either want money or stuck on wing list and tryna get appointment at my gp ha!!
You should 100% speak to your doctor. There and many thing that can cuss stuff like this, no the next step could be a simple as a talking therapy and maybe something to help calm you at bed time, but I’m not a professional. I understand your worried but the longer you leave it the more worried you will likely become, which could make things worse. You say you won’t hurt anyone and I believe that you don’t want to but when we are asleep we don’t always have control and you could accidentally hurt yourself or your partner. It may seem scary by please seek help.

Have been trying to get help the past week but no joy yet as they either want money or stuck on wing list and tryna get appointment at my gp ha!! But you are right about not knowing what I do when asleep as injured myself quite abit l8ly and apparently said some horrible things and I feel awful and ashamed by it😞
Don’t feel ashamed, but get help, just keep trying to get an appointment, phone first thing every day, if your epilepsy is getting worse it could all be linked, or it could not, but you really need to find out either way. Keep trying and if your asked when trying to get an appointment if you feel it’s urgent, say yes. I had this a few years back when my old doctor’s were really busy and I was seeking help with my mental health and them asking that question kept making me put it off, after it had already taken me over a month to talk myself into asking for help. Keep going and be persistent with trying to get an appointment.
