Does anybody else get red scrotum like this? I had a rash which I posted about the other day which has pretty much gone now with anti fungal. That was where the normal colour skin is, but my balls are really red. I don’t have any pain or hot or itchiness

If things are getting more widespread then perhaps you could get a referral to a dermatologist.

Given the extent of the rash, it may be a bacterial infection. Please get yourself to a doctor and get checked out.
