Work Burnout

I’m struggling from burnout from work and I have been in the cycle of being motivated to completely down and burnt out many times now in the past 2 years.

Anyone had the same feeling and any recommendations.

If you work in a large company with an occupational health service then that would be a good place to start. If you do not have access to that or do not wish to access it then chat with your me GP. Is there someone that you can talk with, who will be honest with you? You need time to step back and review what you are doing. I suffered serious burn out after decades in a stressful job and ended up having a heart attack.
