I’m struggling from burnout from work and I have been in the cycle of being motivated to completely down and burnt out many times now in the past 2 years.

Anyone had the same feeling and any recommendations.

If you work in a large company with an occupational health service then that would be a good place to start. If you do not have access to that or do not wish to access it then chat with your me GP. If that is not a step you feel able to take then perhaps try one of the helplines in nhs.uk/mental-health/nhs-vo...

Is there someone that you can talk with, who will be honest with you? You need time to step back and review what you are doing. I suffered serious burn out after decades in a stressful job and ended up having a heart attack.
