Need help please

For the past 5 years I have been having issues with palpitations and SVT. My heart would suddenly start beating around 250bpm, they used to go away on their own but the last 2 years I have to call an ambulance and go to hospital to have it go back to normal. I had an ablation in December 2020 and haven't had an episode since. Also, for the past 2-3 years I have been struggling with breathlessness, I am unable to walk long distances let alone run or excercise, I can't even walk up the stairs without feeling like I need to take a deep breath. If I do carry on after feeling breathless then my heart starts to flutter, I feel bloated all the time and even sometimes feel dizzy. I do suffer from anxiety but I feel this is much more than that. I am 5ft 10 and weight is 110kg.

I have told my doctor about this who put it down to anxiety, this was a few months back and nothing further has been done.

Are you under the care of a cardiac team?

Hi Adam I’m the exact same as in they use to go away on there own. Each time now at 240 bpm for up to 3 hours then having to call the ambulance to be taken in. It’s so scary. I’m currently on 1.25 bisop while i wait for an appointment with the cardiologist. How did your ablation go. How long does it all take as the talk is for me to have that. Thank you I’ll await your reply. Xx

Also how many do you have a month. Xx

Have you had iron levels tested and all the other causes for arythmias eliminated. Low iron can cause arthymias dizziness exhaustion breathlessness leg heavy or cold feeling restless legs. I think b12 can do all of that as well. And anxiety too. I had no joy from doctors and had to figure things out myself blind but was able to get a few blood tests however there onky the most gross ones and have no units so I can't even tell what the levels are meant to be. Even simple things like dehydration can cause all of those things ... Small things have big effects esoexially over time.
