Hello everybody I've got a few problems and looking for some advice and possible causes. I don't feel pleasure when orgasm and it's worrying me. When I have sex or during masterbation I just feel a tingling in my penis and perineum. I can ejaculate normally. I'm struggling to pass Urine also. I'm getting a tickling sensation in my perineum and penis. And a shooting pain inside my anus which I'm guessing may be my prostate. I've looked online and seen things like Pudendal neuralgia and spinal cord damage. Also when I get an erection I always feel like I need to pee. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.

William1994 I had similar symptoms when I had what was thought to be bacterial prostatitis about 5 years ago. It took 2 courses of antibiotics to clear it up. I do remember feeling really rough at the time.

Hi Man, I would agree It should like a prostate issue some irritation there. a visit to your doctor to properly diagnose you're symptoms don't leve it to long.
