Do I have a anything serious with my testicles?

Six days ago there was a low ache or throbbing that started with my thighs and testicles and went to my lower abdomen or groin area its gone now but I am still worried about it

If the pain has gone that would generally be good. If you are really worried, however, then perhaps you should consult with a doctor.

It sounds like you had pulled your adductor muscles (heavy column of muscle, inside of each thigh) and that can easily be done, even in nightmares, while asleep, believe it or not. The described journey the pain took, also, is identical to when I have had pulled adductor muscles, and it's very not nice.
