I have this type of marks near my panis , i use some cream but they didn't cure this , plaese tell me some useful craem or medicine for this

I think this is tinea cruris. Try clotrimazole cream 1% first for about 7-10 days.

Do you have cats at home ? It looks like ringworms. Despite the name it's a fungus. Nothing dangerous but needs time to cure. The doctor will prescribe you an antifungal cream. Your cats have to be checked and cured as well. It's very contagious for both men and cats.
