Does this sound like deconditioning?

Over the last 3 weeks I've been experiencing sporadic upper back/shoulders and arm pain.

Heres why I'm wondering if deconditioning is the problem, I lost my job at a dog kennels back in March when COVID came along (very active and physical job, on my feet 8-9 hours a day) and since then I've done little to no exercise, sat in front of a PC for 9-11 hours a day and spent the rest in bed sleeping (5 Months).

I suffer from anxiety so I of course have thoughts that I've some serious illness but was just curious if anyone has any experience of deconditioning?

It may very well be reconditioning if you have ceased to exercise for a long period. The answer to that would be to exercise. If it is causing you anxiety then consult a doctor to confirm that it is only the lack of exercise/gaining of weight that is the problem.
