My heart feels like its burning or stabbing. Sometime it starts pounding and i get fever. I went for treatment and said it was acidity. . its been a day since i started medicine but heart still pounds from time to time with uneasy feeling in my chest sometimes warm feeling in my chest and abdominal and pounding starts followed by fever. And feels like something is stuck in my throat feel like burb and vomiting at the same time. . and if i eat something mouth taste bitter or sour. . and i feel hungry but don't feel like having anything. So i wanted to make sure is it acidity or something else. . please note i went for treatment. And did ECG Test, blood test and was given injection for my fever.

Both fever and changes in taste are symptoms of Covid19.

Palpitations have also been reported.
