Okay so to be completely honest I've actually had these for like at least seven years by now. Showed up during puberty and never left I guess. Pretty sure they started appearing before I ever had any sexual experience? Barely had any since then.
Just unsure as to what they actually are. Would also appreciate knowing if they're removable, as they really kill my confidence.
Edit: I recall years back a couple of them popped and a little yellow/white excess came out.

Scrotal cysts are very common and can vary drastically in size depending on the individual.
Sometimes you can express the cysts yourself, however if in doubt always consult your doctor.
These are most likely multiple sebaceous cysts of scrotum , which developed in late puberty as your testosterone increased and drove excess sebum ( skin oil ) production. The material you squeezed out was sebum. As you mentioned, it is unlikely you will get more now. apart from excision, im afraid there isn't another way to remove them. They are however benign ( not pre-cancerous ).
