Weird ejaculation problem

Hello everyone, weird problem here. When im lying on my back barely no semen come out, but when im standing its pretty normal ejaculation. Two weeks ago, i had minor leg injury, tear up some upper leg muscles, could it be connection betwen it? Or it can be some infection or other problem? Will it go away by itself? Or i should visit doc? As im travelling abroad, i could see doc in next month so i hope this is not permanent

unusual symptoms, I don't think it is an infection. I also think the leg injury is unrelated. I would think it will resolve, but at some point if it doesn't worthwhile discussing with GP or urologist

Thanks for reply! As for leg inury goes, first days after injury i also feel pain in leg area near testicles so thats why im thinking it is related with injury. Anyway if it is not infection or injury related what could be issue? Stress? Or it will simply go away by itself?

If it is related to your posture , it sounds mechanical. However I cannot think of a mechanism that would cause it , apart from compression of the epididymis by another structure or surface, , like a haematoma ( bruise ). It should resolve and if it doesn't then you can get it checked out.
