Clotrimazole cream 1% twice daily . If recurring think about getting a diabetes check. Not all groin rashes are thrush , you can also have skin problems there like eczema and psoriasis.
Creams such as Canestan are good, this also comes in tablet form.
Be sure to treat the source also.
