What helps me reduce these spots

I had an un protected sex a week ago and i had itching for one day from then itching stopped and the red spots started increasing and when i pull back my skin i feel itching again or else it is normal. I wash it everyday with warm water. But no improvement

If heterosexual contact, then possibly a reactive balanitis. Topical clotrimazole and hydrocortisone 1% cream . Obviously a sexual health screen if a new sexual contact ( including syphilis serology. )
