Okay so everywhere where I asked my question wasn't answered, So I guess I should try here.
So a few weeks ago I noticed a small little bump/lump (pea sized) on the left side of the root (internal part penis). It is hard and can be moved around. Under the bumps there some kind of string, it kinda feels like a vein. So I assume the bump is attached to the vas deferens. Do any of you have had similair problems ? I made sure I attached a picture to show you where the bump is located.

A pea sized lump sounds like you have a small cyst I have one in my scrotum it’s been there for 12 years now. I would definitely go and get it checked out but it sounds like a cyst to me as mines the same size👍
Did you ever work out what this was? I have a lump in the same place on the same side and it’s hard and pea sized and I am able to get my fingers around it...
