What are these?

I have had couple holes in my teeth for 3 years and last year or so I keep getting these form inside the hole and I have to pick these out they smell and there’s something white in there when I squeeze it??

Looks like some sort of germinating seed. Have you eaten muesli or granola or something they could have been in?

No nothing with seeds I notice them keep coming

Best go to the dentist I hate the dentist myself but you must go because it could be anything.

This is quite unusual. Cannot identify what that is . If this is indeed from your teeth you need a dental assessment or oral medicine.

Just wasn’t sure of the smell/also the white thing that squeezed out

I'm sure there is lots of bacteria in your mouth it wouldn't take long for it to start to smell. if it is a tomato seed the white stuff is the part of a seed that stores energy for the plant to begin to grow. Better make an appointment for the dentist.
