Orgasms less intense and harder to reach

Hey everyone, I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this question but I don't know where else to ask. Ever since I started masturbating at age 13 (I am age 18 now) it wasn't hard for me to reach my climax. When I was aroused I could reach a climax rather quickly. Since a couple of weeks though it has become increasingly harder for me to orgasm. Now I very rarely get aroused by anything and even if I am, reaching the climax has become more difficult, to the point where I have to get faster and harder than I ever would have to. At first I didn't think much of it but this issue has stayed. I masturbate maybe 3 to 4 times a week. Also the orgasms feel way less intense and enjoyable than they used to.

Is this normal? Should I be worried? Does this happen to other male individuals?

First thing to try is to abstain from masturbating for a week or so.

When you restart, build up slowly, don't bring yourself to climax.
