Bump on former inner foreskin layer

I have a bump on my former inner foreskin layer and im pretty sure it is lymphoceles bump. (Technically there is two when I stretch out my penis and look at it and there is a stream of puss between them) I first found out about this when I was masturbating and and noticed a hardened bump about a week ago. I have been treating it with regular acne medication but there have been no results. Also I am not sexually active. If anyone knows how to deal with this quickly it would be greatly appreciated. Also would it be smart to stop masturbating or does it not affect it?
