I have been having this problem with my skin near my penis. When i shave or take a shower the skin turns like picture 1, but after a day it turns like picture 2. It doesn’t recover itself or heal. Please help !

Normal. Try to use soft blade
I meant new sharp blade
This appears to be a chronic skin problem and I would use emollients and perhaps a mild topical steroid to treat
