Lump on stomach

I have a lump under the surface of my stomach. It's quite a hard lump and rolls slightly when I push on it. It causes me no pain.

Thinking it was maybe a cyst or something similar I stuck a pin in it. The pin is roughly 3CM long. I am able to stick the pin in 2.5CM with no pain. No blood or anything comes out when I remove the pin.

What is my lump?

For reference I am mid 20s with an athletic body, I exercise 3-5 times a week.
