You could perm them really tight so they are ultra short and curly then rip them out with a strip of Velcro. Failing that a few short blasts with a blow torch should rid you of those curly bastards.

Yes, I can help you. Go to a waxing center where they do men's Brazilian's and ask for a partial Brazilian just on your anus. Removing hair off the anus is routine in a Brazilian. I have the hair on my anus removed every month. It has almost stopped my problem with skid marks.
