Mine foreskin doesn't pull back

I'm 16 and I have phimosis I'm scheduled to be circumcised within another week or 2. I'm not very keen on option but it's all I can do. So my question is does/is anyone aware of other treatment that don't include circumcision.

Bucky85 is an Anti-Circumcision freak. I would agree that it would be preferable if you can stretch your foreskin and thereby forego the surgery, however circumcision is not all bad. The recovery is difficult and painful, but it is not the "horrible, mutilating, destructive, or harmful." It does not "takes off the best part of the penis". I agree that recovery can be difficult and painful, and that it should be considered a last resort after conservative treatment fails. I am circumcised as is my son, and I am glad that I am. I would not have it any other way. Good luck.

Circumcision is bad if you don’t need it though, it would be much better to stretch the skin, circumcision is only a improvement of phimosis, other people are just in denial, I know guys who aren’t happy with their circumcisions, it’s matter of weather you want it or not and preference

Btw you don’t have true phimosis, this is just the tight skin your born with, usually it loosens up earlier but sometimes I can be tight until you late teens, you need to start stretching now and keep your normal penis, don’t break the skin, this will have the opposite effect if you tear your foreskin, you should definitely follow buckeys links on how to stretch your foreskin properly, assuming he has included them haha.

There cannot be a general rule to be applied to *everyone*. It’s better if one can avoid the circumcision, sure. But sometimes it’s inevitable.

In my case I had tight foreskin AND tight frenulum. I tried stretching, which didnt help much and decided to go for the circ. The docs also told me that other things would be just short term relief and the problem could come back.

Havent had any sex yet though. Still on my day 19 post op.
