So after around 2 years of wanting to join a gym I’ve took the starting steps to doing so.

I’ve been a member of the gym for around a month month now and so far the results have been great, people have noticed I’ve lost weight and I’ve felt the rewards too, I can jog on a treadmill etc.

My overall aim is to loose my belly, being 23 and suffering with body image isn’t great.

I’m hoping that for the summer I feel confident to wear a pair of shorts.
