This about a 2 weeks ago one of my friend had discuss something that really makes me shock, that he cannot enjoy his sexual life, he is married, he was one of my good friends and we share each and every information, he was addicted to smoking and alcohol consumption and he thinks that it is hurting his sexual wellness health, that really does? So some good tips to quit smoking & alcohol can be really helpful.

Well he is right, excessive drinking of alcohol and smoking can have a negative effect on your sex life.Never smoked so easy for me to say, but I would advise cutting down gradually use substitutes that are available. Nicotine patches or vape ?

Again with alcohol, slow reduction and try drinks with less ABV if possible.

Exercise is a good too, walking, swimming etc.
