Hi Chris. From the picture I would imagine they are probably cold sores. There are non-prescription preparations you can get over the counter from a pharmacy. The pharmacist may also be able to confirm or deny. Best wishes, Peter A

Just been there not sure what it is 😂😂fucking useless they think it’s either impetigo or cold sores so trying impetigo cream on it first and then if that doesn’t work I got to pick up over the counter zefirax cream

That’s slowly dissapearing not as bad as it has been but since that I’ve now got this -.- yeah I think I am mate I’ve had a cold all week too which hasn’t helped one bit

It looks like it could be cold sores. If you have a health food store near you, you may want to try L-Lysine. I have had wonderful success with L-Lysine.it takes away the pain. And it clears up the sores.good luck to you!!

I am positive it is a cold sore. Grab Abreva from any pharmacy and it should go away 2 weeks tops. This looks like the first ever outbreak my ex had. I have been dealing with cold sores at a very young age, before I was even sexually active. Mother had them too so I'm guessing she kissed me when she had an outbreak and infected me 😠
