Hi,

I have started to work out and want to lose 20 lbs. I have started to eat Quinoa every night in the form of crepes. Is that ok ?

Adjust your macros(protein, fats & carbs), rest enough plus give it 100% at the gym/home and you’ll lose those 20 lbs in 2 months
