I've been having a bit of penis pain at the base of my penis above my right testicle (I'll attach an image for greater detail). I've had it checked during a circumcision visit and the doctor said there were no lumps. So it is probably some sort of muscular pain. I was wondering if it could be a hernia?

I'd say more than 6 months and it comes and goes. Well I was having sex but I don't think that gave me a strain.
