I’m on day 30 and my Circumcision wound is infected with Gram negative Bacilli : pseudomonas aeru. A urologist has given medication of CIFRAN 500 twice a day tablets.

Has anyone faced this kinda infection? What can I do to heal up? Any food? How do I shower? Salt water or normal water? Any cream to be applied?
