I assume you mean post op. Is it bleeding regularly or do you find it like that in the mornings?

Mornings are pretty standard as you get night time erections and those might pull on the wound and stitches and cause minor bleeding. Try to reduce night time erections by not drinking liquids past 6 PM, when sleeping on the back, have your knees bet and up. When sleeping on the side use the fetal position. When wearing underwear, wear boxer briefs or just briefs to keep your penis "tucked in" with little to no movement in underwear. Also you can use a gauze with vaseline on it to reduce friction of the penis glans while wearing underwear.

Do the salt baths for 2-3 minutes first few days then when at 10+ days you can have them longer for 5 minutes etc. Don't overdo it with the salt baths too many times as that could irritate the incision.

Yes, tea cups and such. If you have been told to do so by your doctor then by all means follow the doctors recommendation. I just know that at day 8 stitches might not be fully dissolved and submerging your penis in water for extended periods of times might accelerate the process and make them break prematurely. Also, if you put too much salt into the tea cup that too, can irritate the incision part and making it bleed (happened to me too).

How can you tell if stitches have break I don't think they?

Didn't say that they did, you most likely have nothing to worry about.

I presume it depends how long you hone if it's early days it will keep bleeding if it's after a week might be healed
