Hives, allergies post circumcision

I’m about 8 weeks post circumcision and been getting hives that look like allergic reaction for the last 2 weeks. They appear around the belly, groin area, and legs. I don’t know if it’s the lymph nodes overreacting to circumcision or just regular allergies. I get allergies in the spring, and to some foods. The food allergies are usually within an hour of eating. These hives appear hours after eating. Sometimes when I’m sleeping I wake up from the itch. The swollen hives look like the swelling in the frenulum area I still have.

Would be good to hear if others get hives too. Thanks.
