27 year old marries bi guy should of had a circumcision in June but chickened out, explored lol options now, when I get hard my skin is really tight if I want to have sex have to start with a condom on and lube in, then take it off but then I'm scared I'm gonna get it stuck which has happened a hand full of times seems have gotten worse over the years use to fuck my wife hard like bed banging hard no it's always slow because I'm scared I'm gonna get it stuck. Also noticed recently when I go for a pee and I've finished and put my cock away a few minutes later wee just trickles out which is embarrassing. I'm actually putting my wife's sanitary towels in my boxers now to eliminate any smell.

And yes from my name I'm bisexual not sexually active with guys like but admit I'm attracted to them.

Any advice guys? Should I just get the op done.

I don't have enough foreskin to do that tried it it's mega tight even when soft

There is more than one issue going on here although they might be related. Go and chat with your GP. You might be embarrassed but I can assure you they have seen it all before.

Talk about symptoms and worries. They're perfectly normal and understandable. You shouldn't have to put up with symptoms you have.

Man I'd say you should get the Circumcision done if youre worried about your foreskin being tight I'm 28 also a bi guy and I just got circumcised like 2 weeks ago man bc of my tight frenulum and tight foreskin, should just get it over and done with sooner the better man

I was in your position where my foreskin became stuck behind the head during sex but it did become easier to pull back up.

Not sure I would recommend it but I have heard of men leaving it pulled back, just stretching the skin to clean.

If you not entirely sure about having a Circ' give stretching a try, cortisone cream may help.

Once it gone it is gone so give it a lot of thought.

As for dribbling, not entirely unusual, give a good shake and pull the foreskin back and forth.

Explore the other possible operations other than circumcision, their are more than just that one. If you don’t want to stretch, feel you can’t or just don’t know how, there are other operations that can loosen the foreskin to either make stretching easier or just “solve” the problem.

Go to willywellbeing.com to learn your best options.

Manual stretching avoids circumcision and is the way to go.

foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this several times every day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.

It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis”, which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin grows but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.

The important thing is to put the skin under tension several times every day so that it will grow wider.

Betamethasone valerate ointment, a topical steroid, which is available by prescription may help, but it won’t work by itself. Manual stretching is still required.

There are some who would want you to be circumcised. Circumcision is a horrible, mutilating, destructive, harmful operation, that takes off the best part of the penis. Recovery is difficult and painful. It should be considered a last resort after conservative treatment fails. One may prefer to remain as one is rather than undergo circumcision.

No need to circumcise, please dont.

Manual stretching will work. There are great lubes like man oil out there, but honestly using lanolin at night works great too. Tug tug tug then apply the lanolin.

You need to ask your doc what could be causing the retention of small amounts of urine which then dribble out a few minutes after you've pulled your pants up.

I am just guessing but maybe one possibility is the tightness of the foreskin which does not allow the last ( maybe what's in the length of the urethra ) amount of urine out.

If that's what is causing it ( you need to ask the doc ) then it could be another indication that the circ op is necessary ?

Unless you achieve success with the stretching suggestion ?

Oh ~another tip I read somewhere and found it sometimes does work: when you have 'finished' urinating, try pressing with your middle two fingers under the base of the middle of the testicles I.e. you are putting pressure at the base of the penis ~usually a drop or two will come out in consequence. if it doesn't, no harm done.
