Unusual condition-std?

For the past few months I have been having sore throat, stomach issues, and a sort of sense of malaise. 3 months ago I had unprotected sex with a chick, felt weird after. I’ve been tested for every std in the window period-all negative.

I’ve been having stomach issues, where my stomach just growls non stop, back of throat is red. I also had a slight oral thrush. Also, constipation. Could this be some sort of

bacterial,parasitical infection?

CURRENTLY- there is a putrid smell coming from the groin area and my testicles are red. Also red streak marks that appear and re appear.

The doctors are calling me crazy. But I know something is up. PLEASE HELP. Pics attached.

Check with urologist could be penile neoplasia which is what I had mate it’s pre cancer cells

Good tip. I am already circumcised tho. Could that make a difference?

Major difference. It's not cancerous from what I can see. Looks more like thrush or some sort of fungal infection.

Try this. Get some Degree antiperspirant, and apply it to the red areas, between the thighs, behind the scrotum, and continue that for a week or so. It'll take out that smell too, but it should dry out whatever topical infection this is. The other symptoms you describe are likely flu or viral related and not related to this unless you have serious candida overgrowth, which is worth testing for at this point.
