Hello, I have some of this to take at night, not sure whether to take my own thing in the morning, my own stuff is a precursor to serotonin called 5htp; purchased by myself.

Hi i took Mirtazapine of a night to help me sleep by my Dr , it worked for me (sleeping) but i would never take anything else without Dr Knowing , I always phone the Clinic if i want to take anything else , never internet site's you don't know what you are taking to Risky , take care

Thanks DQ, I didn't take the 5htp this morning as I slept in so late, the 5 htp is from the herbal shop. I'm just concerned about getting up on Monday in time for work but I know I will get used to it ( the Mirz)

I got the Mirz to raise serotonin, not to sleep, but good sleep helps too x
