5.5 weeks adult post-circumcision

I thought I would just post my current state post circumcision after 5.5 weeks.

The incision line is still hard and lumpy. The gland and intact frenulum are not that sensitive anymore when rubbing against my underwear which is good. The outer foreskin is thicker and looks like a sleeve wrapped around the shaft just underneath the glands. The frenulum part looks further down the shaft. Did the surgeon cut too much foreskin off down there?

Will the hard incision and lumpy scar get any better and smooth out as time goes by? Or is this as good as it gets?
