Need Help, I'm feeling like I'm going crazy and my GP is not really helping

The last couple of weeks I have been on amoxicillin 500mg every 8 hours plus I'm having other medications like Prep Ricovir-EM i once a day for the last 4 days , this weekend I started to feel worse, chest with pain and very close, a massive big panic and anxiety experience, it doesn't let me sleep, or do anything. it feels like I want to stop every part of my body, because I'm feeling like I'm loosing myself. the feeling of not be able to sleep, my stomach after thrwoing up the last few days is in a terrible state. I can't go to work, nothing, and every I tried to eat my stomach is rejecting everything then now I'm having omeprazole but nothing happens is like a rock even the water I'm rejecting . Please please, I ned help, I'm desperate. The GP yesterday gave me diazepam 5mg to take before sleep, I tooked one at 9pm and I woke up again at 3:30 am feeling terrible then I have to take another one and is 7am and I'm up. I'm feeling seriously ill, but I have not help from anywhere, I'm feeling so desperate, I do not know what to do, I want to run and stop existing in the way I feeling. Help!!!!
