Hey dude. It looks very bad. It is an extreme case. You should definitely go see a urologist to get a circumcision or some steroid creams to start if you don’t want to go down the circumcision road. It might really help you because it looks really painful and irritated..

It has to be circumcised

You need surgery

Cases worse than yours have been resolved by putting the opening under tension. The easiest method is to use flesh tunnels. A set especially made for such application is available frim phimocure. net. No surgery is needed and ypur foreskin can be preserved, fully functional.

I am going to order a kit tomorrow how long would you say it would take to be fully retractable and could it ever get stuck? Also will it be very sensitive as I have never touched by bellend only the top

It is going to be very sensitive and your foreskin might tear. Flesh tunnels are shortcuts before the real cut.. but if I could keep my foreskin I would but I wouldn’t stay in pain or keep a sick one... good luck

Reports indicate moving up the next larger ring in as little as two weeks, so it’s a matter of being diligent with wearing and not being too aggressive and causing damage. It would be best to join a group in which others are doing the same thing so any issues ot challenges can be addressed. Overall time is not predictible. You must keep focused on the end result. Once you’re done, it’s a permanent fix.

Hey, by all means try stretching, it works for a lot but I tried it and as soon as I stopped using the stretching tools or gels it tightened right back up again, plus it was still super sensitive so I could never touch the head or do anything without loads of pain, so I decided to get circumcised and then (after a few uncomfortable weeks) I was forced to have it being touched by clothes etc so that extreme sensitivity went away thankfully! It’s up to you, but definitely give stretching a go and if it works then great, rather than going straight to the permanent option of circumcision! Both options are great and suit everyone differently!

It’s your choice. Suffer as I did trying all these stretching programs, that at the end never really work, or having surgery, that works. Up to you, but listen to people that have had the procedure, not to the anti-circumcision activist on this board.
