Hi, this year my scrotum has became very saggy resulting in myself having to wear tight underwear to not feel discomfort. I also have a sensitive tender feeling just before the start of my penis . If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated !! Thank you

Some people have looser balls than others and it is completely fine and healthy.

Where’s the tender feeling exactly? Can you be more specific?

Balls are designed to hang loose - it’s a temperature regulation thing. Do they tighten up before you ejaculate? If so, there’s nothing wrong and any change is most likely a result of getting older.

I really don’t think there’s anything wrong with you and saggy balls are common and there’s nothing to do about it. I don’t think yours are particularly loose either
