Here’s some pics to help see if y’all can help me as to tell what this is as I’ve been to a dermatologist and he told me either penile pearly papules or this one other thing that I can’t remmber for the life of me (to reiterate STD’s are out of the question). Well if anyone figures it out I’d love some tips. Thanks a ton!

It looks like Fordyce spots. Apple cider vinegar can help treat it. Here's how to heal the infection quickly.
1. Mix the apple cider vinegar in water nicely.
2. Dab a cotton swab into the solution and rub the same on the Fordyce spots.
3. Rinse off the solution with lukewarm water after one to two hours.
4. Follow this remedy once a week or so until the spots disappear.
