Okay so I'm facing a weird issue. I'm a very very skinny 6ft and 115lbs at 19. Since I was younger I've been facing severe issues with underwear. Boxer briefs and briefs are too tight and boxers hang out the leg ..for a 24 inch waist I can't wear men's sizes. So I've freeballed for five years more or less all the time. Can anyone recommend any underwear at all or is freeballing okay ?

Providing nothing can 'pop out', if you are comfortable with it why not.
Though I would think some some materials could be a bit sore.
