Bumps on penis shaft

Hi all.

So I have a two-parter. First off, I have had two almost tunnel-shaped lumps side by side on the top of my shaft for over 3 years now. They occasionally will have a tiny brown head sticking out of them, and if I squeeze then a cloudy, yellowish white semi-solid will come out. I cannot find ANYTHING similar online.

Second, on the bottom side of my shaft I have recently developed (noticed a couple weeks ago) 3 small bumps with hard white heads on them. They kinda look like pimples, but they don't at the same time.

Any help will be much appreciated!
