Tight Foreskin

I’ve been reading a lot of posts on here about other men having issues with tight foreskin, but none seem to answer my question. They don’t really answer my question because unlike everyone else, I can’t pull the foreskin back even when I’m flaccid. I’ve had this issue my whole life and I’ve never really been able to clean it very well at all. Recently I’ve started getting some irritation in that area which has drawn me here to ask for help. I’d like to go see a doctor, but I’m way too uncomfortable to motivate myself to.
