Circumcision bleeding - Day 11

Hello everyone.

I've been circumcised on 18th August. There was one stitch that I hadn't noticed untill yesterday when the swelling went down enough. The tail of this stitch was inside the wound (between both edges of incision). Yesterday I caught this tail and it started bleeding. There were few drops of blood dripping on the floor but I compressed it and it stopped bleeding after few minutes (less than 5). I was so shocked. After that I did compression bandage and there was no blood during the night (even with erections). I took the bandage off and it was little dirty of blood but very little ... not even a drop. I'm too afraid to stretch this location and don't want to look how it has closed. I put new compression bandage on this morning.

Does anyone have similar experience or can tell me anything about this problem? How long should I wait before stretching or showering this area?

Thanks for reply. Would it be OK if I use Bepanthen Plus cream on my circumcision site?
