Post circumcision - glans not fully exposed and penis adhesion

It's been 5 weeks since I was circumcised as a result of extreme phimosis.

However, my glans is still not fully exposed and whilst swelling has reduced and stitches came out at week 3, there is swelling which is not allowing the frenulum (not sure if its been removed) to be exposed and i think there is adhesion as the skin appears to be stuck against the glans. THis is preventing the glans to be fully exposed i think

I have a follow up with the urologist next week (private procedure) and would welcome any advice on what i should ask him given the above and whether anybody has had similar issues and how it was resolved. Thanks.
