Bump around frenulum after circumcision

I had my circumcision surgery before 15 days.. But still around frenulum there is bump and very little redness like cut. After my circumcision i put bandage every day. I change it daily. Morning erection cause pain. Rest of the part healed nicely but frenulum still not healed and cause problem like described above. My main concern is will bump go away with time and whats that little cut around frenulum?
