When can I expect to sleep facing down

Most of my stitches are gone and the ones that are still there are the reason I’m feeling some stinging pains I’m guessing. Also I’m only a week post op

I wouldn't worry about sleeping facing down for the first month or so. Sleep on your back or to the side. 1 week post op is still really early.

Also a note, sleeping on the belly face down is the worst position for your spine. Try to get used to sleeping on the back or at least on the side. I too was a face down sleeper but slowly transitioned into side xD.
