Circumsicion Cleaning

Just went through an adult circumsicion, my doctor wants me to scrub off the yellow or white film that covers the ring of the penis, he is asking me to remove it with a little towel it's painful, I do clean it twice daily with soap and water, I'm finding some people are saying leave it alone others cleans it off any advise, would be appreciate it.

Follow your doc. I did it with cotton buds in a warm shower. My doc advised to keep it always clean so that the wound heals much faster. I picked at the yellow scabs and the gunk whenever it doesn't hurt. If it hurts, it's probably still attached to a young skin or stitches. Anything that hurts you should avoid. Don't worry at the end of 3 weeks you will feel better. The 2nd week is always the toughest.
