That looks nice, and those lumps in your inner foreskin are just lymph fluid swells. They will settle within weeks. So no worries for you.

Now swelling has gone but it need 2 month to completely heal

Next I will post pic this Saturday

(It will be 15 day after surgery) to show my recovery stages

Please is there any advice to stop and control my erection? Every time I get an erection(mainly at night and when I wake up) It hurts like my penis is being pinched.

Wake yourself up if you have a freaky or sexual based dream.

Sleep so light that when u feel the erection creeping, you wake up.

Sleep on your side, not on your back. Wear some boxer briefs that will keep your penis compacted.

Repeat until week# 3. By then your stitches should be fading away, so the pain causers will be deleting themselves.
