He probably didn’t have phimosis, circumcision will always decrease pleasure, but it improves pleasure for those with phimosis because the foreskin is stopping the glans from getting enough sensation. Also it can depend on a lot of other factors some mental some physical. But please do explain the problem in more detail sanjibshggsfdg
